At Hexagon of Highgate, we believe excellent customer service should begin the moment a potential customer expresses an interest in a car, and should continue long after that customer has made a purchase.
We’re looking for a talented expert to be based at our BMW and MINI Dealerships located in North London, with the responsibility for taking our customer relationship programme to the next level. Your focus will be on designing and managing processes to enhance the customer experience at every possible touch-point, from the initial enquiry through to aftersales activity. Working with the Sales and Aftersales teams, your role will be to lead the building of long-term lasting relationships with our customers to ensure an exceptional ownership experience.
This is a challenging role, and you will need the strength of character and diplomatic skills to drive and implement change. Your customer relationship experience should be comprehensive, although not necessarily within the motor industry. CRM database management will be a significant part of your remit, so you will need to know how to use information and systems to gain a business advantage. This should be complemented by strong leadership and analytical skills, strategic planning and the ability to find imaginative solutions. Above all, you will need to be able to come up with fresh and inspiring ideas to enhance the customer experience and lead this within our dealership.
