As the first BMW Roadster to feature a Retractable Hard-Top (RHT), the new BMW Z4 is a compelling year-round proposition.
Made from aluminium to minimise weight and create a lower centre-of-gravity, the electro-hydraulic RHT moves from a fully open to a fully closed position in just 20 seconds. Thanks to the wide boot opening, two golf bags can be transported with the roof up. And, with the roof down, the optional through-loading system enables you to transport one golf bag – or even a pair of 170cm skis.
The rigid construction of the two-piece RHT also ensures a bright, spacious and refined cabin. Four electric windows create some 40 per cent more side visibility than the outgoing model. The broad glass rear window further improves rear visibility.
